Reservations

If you are interested in making a reservation, please call the Brigs you’re interested in directly so you can speak to a manager there.  Our home office does not know when which locations are able to take reservations. Please note that no Brigs Restaurant takes reservations on weekends or holidays, and no Brigs Restaurant has a room for private parties.

Catering

We do not cater, but we do offer buffet pan packaging for large order pick-up.  If 40 Bacon Baskets are ordered, we can put all of the bacon in one pan, homefries in another, and so on. People often mix their group order – 20 Bacon Baskets with cinnamon-raisin English muffins, and 20 Turkey Sausage Baskets with regular English Muffins. For a small group, we can still separate similar items into to-go containers.  Look over our menu, see what will work for you, and call the Brigs location closest to you.  We’ll be glad to help!

Charity Requests

Brigs Restaurants is proud to be a local business with roots in the Triangle. We love this area and strive to have a positive role in our community. We donate hundreds of Donation Cards each year to charities and schools for their raffles and auctions.  We do not donate meals or cash or help sponsor events or individuals. If your organization is in need of a Donation Card, please drop off a flier at the Brigs Restaurant closest to you.
