This one is so good that we had to offer two special Benedicts this month. We top a toasted thick slice of rye bread with steamed cabbage, lean corned beef, poached fresh eggs, and a stone-ground mustard Hollandaise! Served with fresh fruit and grits or homefries.

We added applewood smoked bacon and sliced jalapenos to our Turkey Reuben. Wow, it might even be better than our classic B.J.R.! Served with your choice of sandwich side.

Avocado Toast Special

Strawberry-Banana Avocado Toast

Thick sliced multi-grain toast topped with avocado, fresh sliced strawberries and banana, raw pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of honey. Health and delicious! Served with two eggs* any style.

Every week, each Brigs Restaurant location offers its own unique creation! All of our omelettes come with your choice of fruit, grits, or homefries, and your choice of one of five different toasts and English muffins! Prices may vary based on the special omelette’s ingredients but they’re always just $6.79 during our Weekday Breakfast Special hours!
