It’s Mardi Gras month and we’re serving one of our most popular Benedicts ever – the Creole Benedict. Blue crab, steamed shrimp, smoked ham, and caramelized onions sauteed and piled atop a grilled baguette, then topped with poached fresh eggs*, a special Creole Hollandaise, and red and green bell peppers! Served with fresh fruit and choice of grits or homefries.
