AAA inspectors visted each of the Triangle’s four Brigs Restaurant locations and gave each Brigs Restaurant an AAA 2 Diamond rating! The AAA inspector noted, “Award-winning breakfasts – omelets, pancakes, scrambles, skillets and Benedicts – range from the ordinary to the “eggs-traordinary.” AAA defines 2 Diamond as “Relaxed family fare, noticeable enhancements to food and service.”
Fearington House is currently the only AAA 5 Diamond restaurant in the Triangle and there are only six AAA 4 Diamond restaurants in the area. AAA 3 Diamond restaurants include The Angus Barn and Sullivan’s Steakhouse. AAA 2 Diamond restaurants include 42nd Street Oyster Bar, Shaba Shabu, and now all four Brigs Restaurants.
