Brigs Restaurants are locally owned and operated. We appreciate the hundreds of companies and individuals throughout North Carolina who have helped us open and grow. We support local businesses and farmers by using as many local vendors, services, and agri-products as possible.
North Carolina Egg Association
Brigs Restaurants has co-sponsored numerous projects with the North Carolina Egg Association including several North Carolina State Fair exhibits. With us using over 100,000 eggs each month, Brigs keeps a lot of hens busy. The North Carolina Egg Association and the American Egg Board both provide a wealth of information regarding the safe purchasing, storing, and preparation of eggs.

Got To Be NC
Many of our seasonal specials use local produce and products – peaches, sweet potatoes, goat cheese, egg nog, and more.
Latta’s Egg Ranch, in Hillsborough, provides each Brigs location with fresh eggs within two days of being laid.
The kaiser rolls for our sandwiches and loaves of honey-laced bread for our French Toast are baked locally.
The only Hot Sauce we carry is Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce® made in Winston-Salem by T.W.Garner Food Company.
Goodnight Brothers Country Ham
Some of the best country ham on the planet comes from Watauga County, North Carolina, and Brigs is proud to serve it. Goodnight Brothers has been slow curing hams in Boone using traditional Appalachian methods since 1948. You can taste the difference in every bite.
S&D Coffee
This Concord, NC based roaster has grown to become one of the largest in the nation offering dozens of blends from all over the globe. They deliver freshly roasted coffee beans and black tea to each Brigs location every week so that we can brew the best.
Pepsi
At Brigs, we like you to have choices – lots of choices. So we sat down the folks from Pepsi Bottling, in Garner, to find a great selection of fountain beverages – regular and diet, carbonated and non-carbonated, cola and non-cola. We are pleased to now offer Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Mug Rootbeer and Sierra Mist!
Better’n Eggs
Though not from North Carolina, our good friends at Michael Foods, Inc. are the guys who pack Better’n Eggs®. These are the best tasting fat-free eggs we’ve ever come across. We like them so much that we offer them as a free substitute for whole eggs in any of our omelettes and scrambles.
Swaggerty’s Farm
Brigs has been serving this great Tennessee sausage for more than a decade. Swaggerty’s Premium Sausage® is made from 100% fresh pork with no artificial fillers using the best cuts, including the hams & tenderloins, and seasoned with a century-old family recipe of spices to create a fresh and flavorful, right from the butcher shop taste.
Hormel Bacon
We know that you take your bacon serously. So do we! It has to be sliced thick enough to taste the full flavor when you bite a single slice, and yet thin enough to cook crisp and bite crisp in a great Brigs’ sandwich. And it has to have a great smoked flavor. After sampling dozens and dozens of various bacons, Brigs has selected Hormel® bacon to be THE bacon to be served at all Brigs Restaurants.
Michael Bennett Art & Graphic Design
Michael Bennett has worked closely with Brigs Restaurants since back when we had just one location. The Raleigh based artist designs all of our menus, take-out bags, pocket calendars, toothpick packets, to-go cups and more.

TheeDesign Studio
When Brigs Restaurants’ website needed to be redesigned with a fresh new look that is smart phone friendly, search engine optimized, and easy to update, we consulted with TheeDesign Studio, a Raleigh-based agency specializing in website design. They listened to what we needed, gave us recommendations, and then designed and developed the wonderful site that you are looking at now.
