Eggs scrambled with Swiss cheese, bacon, caramelized onions and a touch of sour cream.

Eggs scrambled with bacon, jalapenos, sour cream and fresh cilantro. Then topped with cheddar-jack and fire-baked. Served with salsa.

Three large eggs are scrambled with broccoli, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and cream cheese. Served with Hollandaise sauce.

We scramble bacon, mushrooms, chives and eggs, top it with cheddar-jack, tomatoes and bacon, then fire-bake it.
